QUESTION BELOW PLEASE CONTACT US
- How much electricity is used by each piece of equipment?
3 amps per machine, each machine simply requires a conventional plug socket.
- How much floor space is required?
For 6 pieces we recommend a minimum of 350 sqft and for 12 pieces we recommend 650 sq ft.
- What is the quality of the upholstery?
All upholstery is flame retardant, water resistant and MRSA resistant.
- Is there a weight limit for people using Innerva equipment?
Innerva equipment is suitable for use by people who weigh up to 150kg, providing that the person uses the equipment correctly and has been trained by or is supervised by someone who has been trained by an Innerva trainer. However, each individual is unique and should be assessed during their initial induction as to their suitability for each machine. Should an individual have mobility and/or health issues that impact on accessibility or their form/posture on the equipment, an assessment should be carried out by the exercise instructor as to the suitability of the equipment for that individual's needs, even when their weight is lower than the maximum of 150kg. All users should also complete a health commitment statement or health disclaimer before commencing any exercise programme. In addition, medical sign off should be requested where appropriate from their general practitioner.
- What is the voltage requirement for an Innerva machine?
The electrical specification for each machine is general as follows:
Voltage: 220V/240V (110V-USA)
Amps: 3 Amps per machine
Plug cable length: 1.5 metres - Can I choose the colour of the upholstery and personalise branding?
Innerva offer five choices as standard upholstery colours. However, we can match upholstery to specific requirements and brand machine headrests with your company logo upon request, at an additional cost. Prices are available upon request.
- What is Power Assisted Exercise?
Innerva’s range of fitness equipment means users do not rely exclusively on their own muscle power. An electronically controlled power system enables users to work passively or actively, depending on their ability. As the user does not have to provide the force, they do not have to overcome inertia to use the equipment, so it’s a perfect solution for older exercisers or those who suffer from long-term health conditions, whatever their ability. The power assisted technology ensures movement is sustained even if the user stops or relaxes, thereby enabling a longer workout for people with limited exercise tolerance or fatigue. The instinct to work with the machine and join in with the assistive movement is stimulated. Innerva’s unique and supportive design ensures good user technique and a safe exercise experience.

Any service, maintenance or fault report and request must be made through our website: https://www.innerva.com/service-and-maintenance (you can find the page by visiting www.innerva.com and selecting the Support Menu and then Service & Maintenance) and completing the form in full. Please be aware that if all the information is not completed there may be a delay in dealing with your request).
- Can children/young people use Innerva machines or the Innerva circuit to exercise or for rehabilitation purposes?
Children and young people need to have the height and limb length required to reach the handles and the footplates on Innerva machines safely and in the correct position. It is likely that most children under the age of 11 years old will not be tall enough to meet this requirement. Any service provider with Innerva equipment and/or parent/guardian must assess whether use of Innerva equipment is safe and appropriate for the child/young person in their care. We would also recommend caution for children/young people with hypermobility when using power assisted equipment, due to the risk of over-stretching.
