Innerva’s Matt Holland shortlisted for leading innovation award
Matt Holland, head of product development at power-assisted exercise specialists Innerva, has been shortlisted for the prestigious Best KTP Award at the UK KTP Awards 2023.
The UK KTP Awards celebrate the collaborative partnerships established through the Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) Programme, which has been driving business innovation and growth in the UK for almost half a century.
Hosted by the historian, broadcaster and former KTP Award winner, Professor Suzannah Lipscomb, the awards shine a spotlight on the impact of these partnerships on the individuals and organisations involved as well as wider society.
The highest honour, the Best KTP Award is reserved for partnerships that demonstrate excellence and have exceeded the aims and objectives outlined in their original proposals.
Holland’s outstanding contributions to Innerva were acknowledged at last year’s event when he received the Future Leaders Award. The engineering specialist has played a pivotal role in advancing Innerva’s production processes and driving the development of power-assisted exercise solutions for the active ageing market.
“Being nominated for a second KTP award is more than a personal achievement; it also reflects Innerva’s commitment to developing products that are positively transforming the lives of our ageing population. I’m proud to be part of that mission,” says Holland.
Jon Hymus, Managing Director of Innerva, says: “Matt’s nomination for the Best KTP Award is testament to his dedication and innovation. His tangible impact on the Innerva business ensures we remain at the forefront of pioneering wellness solutions which make a meaningful contribution to older adults and those with long-term health conditions."
